I think I still haven't had an image for one of these posts, but I'll have one eventually.
I had another night of fine tuning a website that, I think, no one is visiting. That's okay, its fairly cathartic. I pretty happy with the way it looks now.
I have the main page, which like most other sites, is just content from other parts of the site. That's okay. I got the title fairly dialed in so it looks good on wide screens and narrower phones alike. I made sure its a smooth transition from those extremes too. I added a little color to subtitles so my lame jokes have a little light shining on them too.
I still plan on putting my honey-do list on this site so I can track my projects. Longer term goals would be to allow others to rank projects in the oder that person thinks I should complete them. As I get more successful I fear that I'll need to constantly override results to make sure The Freeman Project stays on track. I'd also plan on adding links to social media on the site. I think as I start to gain momentum that might be helpful.
Since I have things looking decent enough I think my next big to do should be to get posts onto the socials about the Scratch Built association and my side-hustle to provide value through handyman services to start funding all this. I have a neighbor that has complemented my work and highered me to complete some basic stuff. I even have a promotion video that I think might gain some traction.
I know I'm going to do this, I just need to keep the ball rolling.
