I'm trying to be consistent with everything that, I'm hoping, will get me out of my 'standard' 9-6 job. I don't do something every day, but it is starting to gnaw at me when my head hits the pillow and I've only done my regular job and any familial responsibilities.
I have a few honey-do projects that I'm trying to wrap up so there is less of a chance of getting distracted. I also have a couple of workshop improvement projects that I'm trying to wrap up so I can be more efficient when working on future projects.
Today, for instance, is a good example. I'm working on a fence for miter cutting steel tubing. I always think I should be farther along on a project like this. It doesn't help that part of my limited fabrication time is spent fixing whoopsies I've made. It isn't anything serious, but it does push out the completion date. I also spent some time updating the socials.
I'm not sure if posting to social media is wasting time or if it will pay off in the long run. Time will tell.
I was going to add links to the socials on this website tonight, but it isn't looking like that will happen. At least I've done enough to satisfy that lingering feeling for tonight. Tomorrow, I hope I do the same.
