This is technically the second post, but I think I'm sorting things out and how it all works.
The goal is to write a world that is possible. If the dobson society drive is as good as I think it is... Where we're going...
I want to make the purpose of this creative endeavor clear. I stated briefly above, but the goal really is to describe a world that is possible. Show the evolution of thought as I learned how things were done, how we do things now, and then build the things we should be using.
I don't know how much of the world I can change. Actually, I don't think I can change the world at all. The only thing I can do is live the best example possible and hope its a life desirable enough that other people choose that instead of what has evolved today. Only 1 post will be informative / explanational, everything else is going to be explorational. I'll write it as if I'm an explorer from somewhere else dealing with potentially hostile natives.
